Very disappointed. I bought this Item thinking it would come as a set of leash and collar. It clearly says leash and collar set and you are supposed to choose a size. There is nothing that says choose size for ONLY the collar. So now that I see that is 25$ for a x-small collar I think it is for sure overpriced. Not buying here again.
